At Flying Duck Farm we provide a forever home for those in need, a sanctuary. Helping people and animals has always been my passion. In 2011 we took in an old Percheron that had numerous health problems along with being very underweight. As months passed we put weight on him and made him much more comfortable. It was during this time I discovered my true calling in life and it became what it is today. I owe a lot to my husband as he is the main financial support of what we do as we are NOT a non-profit. This Sanctuary is really a family love affair and we all make sacrifices to help those in need. I am a stay at home mother of three daughters whom I homeschool; therefore I am able to provide round the clock care for the horses that live here. We have been very fortunate to have Bluegrass (a local quarry) lease us land for our Sanctuary and they continue to be very supportive of our mission. You'll find us on the outskirts of Randallstown, Md.
